1969 S LMC DDO

This looks like a Double Die 1969 S. You can see the squared off doubling on the date and mint. Comments welcome, my eyes are 77 years old.

I'm not a 72 year collector but it appears to be MD to me. Jmo

 

But, you are an honest collector, right. I appreciate the feedback.

 

Keep in mind that the mint mark was hand punched into the Die so it cannot be Doubled Die. So that would be good evidence that everthing else you see is Mechanical Doubling.

 

And if you have a double die after 1990, then the mint Mark will be doubled as well.

With one major exception 1960-D Cent Doubled die ( sm/lg date) and D/D Rpm.
