I think this 69 Lincoln is PMD but wanted confirmation from the experts here on cointalk. It looks like the date might have some slight either die deterioration doubling or machine doubling but then again it could be the real thing (doubtful though). Reading the articles experts and fellow collectors have referred to me...I'm pretty sure it's machine doubling with PMD to the mintmark. All remarks greatly appreciated.
I think you hit it with die deterioration. Not a DDO. Also die deterioration of the mint mark can occur but I don't see much there.
