1969 S Lincoln Cent with error

Some body has information about the little face over Lincoln's face? for Me look like an Angel.

I would say post mint damage i think,

COULD (emphasis is deliberate) be a struck thru error.
In this instance lets see it without the arrows.

 

There's a picture without arrows. Hope you can identify the little "angel" easy. In my opinion this error is in many cents of that year. But this is a error no easy to find. I checked this coin about 40 times before I diswcovered this little face.

All the marks on it says 'yes'. Probably taken from a different angle.

 

That is the reason of the remarkable arrows, You got to see the inside area as a total picture. no detail by detail. Some body before told me that "it was inmagination only", but No, You can find this little face in some wheat cents also.

Yes, I cleaned this cent very well, with alcohol and acetone, I was trying to eliminate all the block spots. My intention was to show this little face is carrying from the die it self. There's another original picture.
