Hi, new to CoinTalk and trying to learn. I have a number of high mint state 1969 S Lincoln cents and wondering about value so doing some research. Came across this ebay listing (and associated slab) which have me puzzled. Is this really a RPM s/s situation? Is it a known rarity? I think not but the slab leaves me questioning. Also, how could this coin possibly be MS 64....it looks darned near AU to me. Any insight appreciated. Thanks.

It's MS64 and S/S because ANACS says it is and that's all that's required to sell it as such. It's worth a whole $6.50 in gem (i.e., one grade better than MS64), right here:
