1969 S Lincoln Cent DDO?

    Is this a variety of Doubled Die for the 1969 S Lincoln . "EPU" looks Doubled but I can't get a closer clear image any better. Also in the Obverse shows but can't make a difference for it DD or Mechanical. Thanks a lot please see pictures
