1969 S Jefferson 5 cent

    So this came out of a bu roll. I noticed it by the finning around the rim. Anyway im not sure how this could happen unless it was pre strike. It weighs 5 grams even. By the way there were 2 of these in the roll. 20190120_161439.jpg 20190120_162612.jpg 20190120_162708.jpg what cha thinkin? It does go all the way around. I would think it would have lost weight.
