Hello there I was wondering if this 1969 S would pass for a floating roof error? And it also seems to have some doubling on the reverse of the coin.

Not really an error, just some mild over polishing, also the coin appears to be machine doubling. I have a number of these 1969 s, which all are MD. One wonders about the connection between the scarce 1969 S DD0 and the common 1969 S MD? I suspect there is a mechanical connection.

    No
I can still see a faint base. Also show the entire reverse. Need to look at the other side and initials.

It's very simple. The DDO is just that, a Doubled Die variety (Die Variety). The MD (Striking issue) is a common issue found on most coins. Searchers just Need to understand the difference.
