You really need to show us better close-ups of the doubling.

And, notice that the Mintmark is NOT
    doubled.

    All the ejection/mechanical doubling
    69-S's show a doubled mintmark.

And who cares but him and Wexler? Really. And we wonder why we get so many of these doubled die threads. Geeze, that's a tough one to figure out.

Understand this, at the quantum level, all coins are doubled, even the dies show doubling, and that's hardly being full of news.

"Markings" are fine and dandy, but they're a tool. With a coin like this that clearly doesn't display the clear/obvious doubling though, they're meaningless.

You're certainly welcome to do so if you wish, but they will not change the fact that your 69-S is not of the variety claimed or hoped for. There is at least one other doubled die know for the date and mint, but is nowhere near as significant or valuable. You may want to look into it, even if only for your own peace of mind and/or experience, but the chances are very, very slim it's anything if any consequence.

As for your 1958, exactly what are you asking? If about the "big one" for the date/mint, no... it's not.

In addition to mechanical doubling of the "S", please also do not confuse die chips in the upper or lower portions as doubling. This is very common to circulation/business strikes.
