Good link above Danny. What you have, quite simply, is (MD) machine doubling, not the big one.

 

Danny, it is machine doubling damage, with a slight degree of die deterioration. no increased value.

The entire Doubled Die 1969 S CENT has to look like the picture I provided. Not just the date which we have seen dozens here on CoinTalk by many new members who don't understand what the real deal is!
