    I don't think so, but whatever the coin is, it looks harshly cleaned.

    Nope. The 1969-S DDO has significant doubling not only on the date, but it's pretty major on IN GOD WE TRUST and on LIBERTY. Even with the blurry photo, the coin posted is certainly not the big one.

    Edited to add the PCGS CoinFacts photo of the 1969-S DDO pick up points... one of the many reasons CoinFacts is worth the subscription price:
