    DDD die deterioration doubling when you see doubling on both the date and the mint mark that's the answer basically most of the time,Its not a double(d) die.

    Not a Doubled Die. It's MD - Mechanical Doubling

    Also a mint mark cannot be Doubled Die because they were hand punched into the Obverse die in 1969. Never doubled die there.
