1969 LMC lamination crack full diameter

    Usually what I do is I stop at multiple gas stations/large buisnesses and ask for a dollar in pennies. Get a nice mix of coins. But nice find. I need to find me something like this

    Nice find, Nolan. That has got to be the straightest lamination I have ever seen.

    It's not a die crack, though. Still, I certainly agree that it's pretty darn cool.

    Spectacular find! Surprising a coin like that from 1969 wasn't taken out of circulation long ago by someone. Even non-collectors would probably find that pretty neat :)

    Thanks all, when I first saw it, it was large enough I didn't need the scope.

    It looks like a huge crack from the pictures as well. That's a lucky find, as I would have expected someone to see the coin and decide not to use it because it looked cool. I sure would :)
