This is an interesting one. The coin is missing the word of and shows no signs of being worn off. Under 20x the coin looks clean no indication that it was ever there. I guess there was crud in the die when pressed.
Randall: Greased dies are common and have little value. They have been around since the US mint started making coins. Keep looking. :thumb:
