1969 Kennedy Hole in the Head

    It looks like it may be a lamination error that occurred due to improper mixing of the metals in the coin. When it comes to these error coins, I am an amateur though. I would personally recommend waiting for the experts to chime in, welcome to coin talk!

    I would go with detached lamination.
