I'm not seeing anything in particular, can you point to what you see as a doubled die?

Looks like it could be a no FG/Floating roof variety, but I'm not seeing any die doubling.

    Yes to Floating Roof
    No to Doubled Die

  5. Is a floating roof a good thing

Nothing Major.. Just an over-polished Die issue. Common find on Cents from late 1960's and early 1970's.. No premium

The photo gets blurry when I try to enlarge so I can't tell if the Designers initials are present.

I'm not seeing a DD but the roof appears not to be attached so yes to a floating roof variety.

Not for keeping the rain out, no.

  9. Is a 1970 floating roof of any value with no initial

Not a widely recognized or sought variety, so "no". It's a poorly made coin, technically speaking.

Both.. It's a good find, for people who like to collect it. But as I stated.. It's nothing major.

Depends, are you looking to get rich quick off of coins or actually become a collector and keeper of history?

You just answered your own question. Two different coins may have two different values.
