I couldn't find any reference for this 1969 D reverse. Didn't know if I had something on the reverse lettering or just something like a worn die ? Thanks !

If you are referring to the extra thickness, I would attribute it to a worn die. Other than that, I am seeing a normal coin.

It looks kind of like doubling on MERICA, but I can't tell if that's just the lighting or if it's really doubling.

Yes, Part of my question was the extra thickness and part was the AMERICA. I added two more photos.
