I have had this Columbia One Centavo coin for many years. It came in one of those large bags of “world coins” that came with starter coin collecting sets. I just recently rediscovered it in the dark recesses of my collection. The date is what caught my attention as a very young coin collector, in particular the 9. I do not specifically collect error coins, but find they add a unique feature to some coins in my collection. Not sure exactly what is going on with the date.
Dates on Colombian coins from this period often were doubled or had other issues. They're a lot of fun to look at.
