1968 silver penny

    Hi all heres the story my cousin found a 1968 penny that is silver no kidding its as shiny as my ike proofs.never seen one cant seem to find one any one have a clue to how why this is like this im tring to get some good pics heres the best one so far thanks i cut this from larger pic for size reasons

    Odds are the coin has been plated. Novelty companies do this and sell them all the time - they are quite common.
