Look what someone did to advertise their state. This is a first of a kind for me. Was this done as a novelty coin or a joke by some coin lovin' cowpoke? This was a nice cent.
It was done by one or more companies in an attempt to sell overpriced novelty coins to those that like that sort of thing. The stamp is added by the company, then they hawk them in magazine ads.
