Was just taking a second look and noticed this. What would have caused this? Doesn't look like a die chip although it could be. Refering to the two lines under God.
Hello this is 1968-S RPM-001 by the look of your 2nd photo. It also appears to have taken a bit of a hit that damaged it slightly... Nice eye.
