1968-S Lincoln Cent Part Of Lincoln Missing

    I have 6 of theses, I still need to photo the obverse for errors, or DDO, but where did the rest of Lincoln go, could be do to greasing the die, but all in Red ms-condition, I also have about 100 more, (1968-S) that are DDOs A003 - 20130105_072348 (2).jpg

    this one is from a over polished die , look at how much of the columns design that has been removed.

    I agree. Either abraded away or minor struck through grease. Common either way.
