1968-S Jefferson Nickel - Your Thoughts?

I have been holding on to this nickel for a while and thought I would put it out there for your thoughts. It is a 1968-S Jefferson nickel. My question is do you think this would classify as full steps or not? Sorry the pictures might not be the best, using what I have to get the pictures.
