T his 1968S Jefferson nickel looks like a die clash to me. Like the impression of his face is on reverse. Any thoughts? Something else is why wasn't this noted on the slab by NGC? Or maybe they don't look for other issues unless ask or payed to. I haven't submitted any coins so not sure how it works.
Looks like a clash to me .You have to have it attributed and designate the clash on the form an pay extra, what else is new,lol.
