I came across a 1968 S nickel that appeared to have a RPM yesterday. I looked on variertyvista and there was a RPM for that coin and as I looked further there was also a DDO for the S mint. The photos of the DDO didn't seem to show much "doubling" that was obvious. When I compared mine to the one on line they seemed very similar. The letters seemed to have a kind of "rounded fat" appearance. When I magnified the the motto I could see some double endings on some of the letters. The first T and S in TRUST have these doubled top ends. The bottom of the E in LIBERTY seems to have like a "fold" in it. The other thing is that there are definitely some steps visible on the coin. I looked on Ebay for some type of value and the only one I found was a Proof which of course has the full steps, and they want 850 bucks. Anyway, I would appreciate anyone's opinions, Thanks Mike
