    #1 - No Mint Mark means it was minted at the Philadelphia mint
    #2 - Not a Doubled Die.. you have a Misaligned Die Strike
    #3 - All coins have a +/- weight variance sometimes
    #4 - Worth.. 1C

    See the False Double Rim? Has nothing to do with a Doubled Die
