Hard to tell w/o a better closeup. But from this distance there appear to be some bag marks on Kennedy's face and bust and in the field and just over the words "In God..". This might keep it out of the 65/66 range. Possibly 62/63?
The picture really accentuates all the tiny marks. I keep looking at the blemishes in the picture and then the coin and half of them are invisible to the naked eye.
