    is this a 1968 D FG/FG? If so, what is it worth?

    The FG on the memorial cent is part of the master die from the beginning and is not struck later on a cent die as a mint mark was up until the '90s. So while there are RPMs such as D/D, etc. , the FG would only be doubled as part of a a DDR ( Doubled die reverse) coin, so there would be no FG/FG coins, although if that was the only significant area to show it, some people might use the misnomer.

    It is a Lincoln cent.
