1967 penny in GOO WE Trust?

    Slightly off center obverse with mental in/under G (GOD), GOD appears GOO and IN GOD WE
    are at the very edge where there is no rim.

    this is PMD , the letters have been smooshed down by something . it may have been a coin wrapping machine.
