1967 Penny Error or PMD?

    Hi! I’d like your opinions on this 1967 penny I received as change. I attached a few images. Hopefully you all can see what I’m looking at on the reverse side. The outer edge of the reverse side is very smooth-not worn but more like polished away or never there. Also the reverse side is slightly convex.
    Also, President Lincoln’s hair is oddly resembling a Mohawk. Thanks for taking the time to look and comment.
