May be some of you remember my 1964 3 mouths and two eyes. Well, seem like they did again in 1967. It's a DDO o Double Strike? Thank every body for your opinion.
I did not see your 64 but the only known Double Die in 64 is a 64 DDR and there is none known of in 67. Not saying that there is not DD for these years but I would have to agree with just coins that this one is post mint damage.
Andy21, The first image in this post is the 1964, where the three mouths are a little most clear, the second image is the 1967. I believe both come from the same Die; both impressions have some similarities (Marks).
Carlos, Carlos, it would be almost impossible on this shape coin Carlos, Carlos, it would be almost impossible on a coin in this condition to tell anything - please keep trying - one day your going to find one!
The coin is just beat up. What you are trying to identify as doubling are the nicks and scrapes from circulation. It's a clunker have Fun, Bill
I agree with everyone else- sorry Carlos. You'd be better off buying high grade errors if you like them. You may find some in rolls but unless they are high grade and very obvious probably not worth your time. Just my opinions, but happy searching. I just wonder when people spend hours searching for minor errors. What are those errors worth? I think looking for high grade cents is worth it if you get them graded. Someone found a 1964 in a roll that had light green toning and was a MS 67 RD in my opinion. That was worth it. Again, no offense. It's just the way I see it. Time invested verses level of reward. Poor return on your time investment unless you finding some nice stuff.
