The '67 looks like MD (machine doubling damage) and the '59 looks like a RPM (repunched mintmark).

So Not from Machine Doubling but more of a Die Wear Doubling?

Still neat.. I have not come across one like this yet..

I don't believe there are any known die varieties for 1967, could be wrong though...

The 67 is common mechanical/machine type doubling

The 67 is common mechanical/machine type doubling. Learn esp. from the areas around the neck and chin - it is perfectly flat and shelve-like, always remember flat and shelve-like as if the metal as been scooted pushed or pulled means loose dies - when struck the dies flopped in the moment of strike the metal, device or image was scooted.
The 59-D looks like a worn example of RPM-009 it's a D/D/D/D - the "D"'s are stacked up on each other - best way to view this is to look at the mint-mark from the south to north. If EDS (early die state) the steps of each "D" can be seen stacked on top of each other.

Thanks my hoarder friend.. I so many machine doubled coins that I am getting good at finding them..The '67 was just a bit stronger then I see most times.. I thought It looked more like Die wear.. I have found several that look like machine doubling, Flat, cut edges but have 2 and 3 sharp images, Is that common also with machine?

I have been reading a bunch.. working at it.. Thanks for looking...

I will try to get a better shot of the 59 D... I think It does look like the RPM 009... If so.. Worth a few bucks.. Not much but a cool find.
