Nope. I don't see any of the notching of the doubled die present on your coin.

Don't let the " Grinder " fool you . There wasn't much doubling going on anyways, before the grinder made its present known ...

 

Well, it appears to me that there is doubling at 1200 on the O & at 0100 atop the F in of; as well as in states, look at top of the lower horizontal bar of the E as well as the middle bar of the same E.
