This is a 1967 10 Lirot Commemorating the 1967 Six Day War Victory. Graded NGC MS-64, with lots of luster. The inscription in Hebrew , "28th day of Iyar 5727" and "1967" in English at the rim. The Proof coin is identified with a small Hebrew 'mem' at the left of the date. Reverse A Sword and Olive branch, the official emblem of the Israel Defense Forces, in the center of the coin. The multiple rays of a star in the background. The inscription "Israel" with the denomination "100" or "10 Israeli Lirot" in Arabic, Hebrew and English around the rim.
I have always liked this Israeli issue. It is one of the cheaper silver commemoratives out there as well even though only around 38k coins were issued. The details are always so crisp.
