1967 Dime

    Alright experts...post-mint or some error. No it's not a gum wrapper, or paint, or my dog's Alpo. You can see under a loupe the RAISED edge of the outer clad layer.

    Everyone knows what an expert is, I however am far from one. Now the coin is a partial missing clad layer and it is a error.

    That's what I was thinking as well, and you're expert enough for me, so I'm listing it on ebay as a million dollar find. After all, collectors of dimes don't know any better. ;)

    I agree, a clad issue. Open the bids at 1.2 mil. There is only one of a kind!!! :)

    Don't worry treas, I was going to outbid you anyway. Just have to dig a little deeper in my sock drawer to find that much cash..

    I really dont see anything in the pictures to convince me of anything other than its a rosey dime

    When I first saw the pic I was like, spilled dog food! But alas it was already pointed out that it wasn't Alpo so a million dollar clad error seems plausible...post the auction link when it is up!
