hey guys, I found this penny{cent} that has some I guess doubling on the date and his face, has anyone ever seen one like this before?

it looks like another impression of the nine inside the loop, how could it give another full impression of the nine ?

 

Probably a flaw on the planchet in that area. But you don't have a Doubled Die.
