I have not been able to find out if this is a rarity and what it might be worth. Does anybody have any info? It is in very good condition except for some tarnish. Thanks.

It is a 90% silver quarter. What is a 50c Ice?

1967 Quarters are Clad... 1967 Kennedy Halves are 40% Silver, not 90%

Average condition 40% Kennedy Half is probably worth $1.50 to a dealer, maybe $2.

I had a dealer tell me he would give me 80 cents for a 40% silver half.

  8. don't do it...

keep in mind that that half is worth 50 cents face value...

    like rld14 said, $1.50-$2.00

That is what I thought, then he said "well, you only paid 50 cents for it"

  10. anyway, to answer your question... it is not very rare.

it could be worth a little more if it is in mint condition. but we would need some pics to better determine its worth. :)
