Your half dollar looks like a 66 SMS DDO-013. You should be able to verify that with the markers listed in the CONECA listings. Attached are some photos of the markers, die scratch from lower lip to chin, two light die gouges next to rim southwest from IN, and light die scratches north-south above arrows in eagle's left talon.
