Looks to be so, yes... However, if memory serves me, there are a few examples of master doubling that can be confused with doubled dies, so you may want to attribute it before offering for sale just to be sure.
Judging from your photos, this is indeed the real doubled profile ddo for the date. Which means this might be an SMS coin dumped into circulation at one point.
thank you everyone. I was thinking it looked like SMS coin in the CPG but I didn't think I would find one in circulation. 2 out 0f 7 coins are doubled dies makes it a doubled good score for the day.
I've actually come across SMS coins in circulation before. Since a good deal of them look like really nice business strikes, they will look like any other circulated coin after a while. Nice find Bry!
In order to figure out what die this could be...more photos would be needed. Show die scratches north and south in the field around IGWT. Or in front of the profile.
