1966 Nickel oddity? I say PMD.

    Error. Yes or NO. I think not. Correct. Gentleman said it came out of an Original Bank Roll. :rolleyes:
    Reeded edge? NOT. the other part of the edge is the same. Some kind of tool marks perhaps?

    …has maybe been tightened in a vise?…are there more marks on the other end?(180 degrees around the other side). Marks 180 degrees apart would strongly suggest some kind of vise action goin’ on…Spark

    "Original bank roll" is such nonsense it's not worth consideration. Did the US Mint ever have a nickel-sized reeded collar? No? Then it's PMD. Doesn't matter how (or who what where when).
