1966 Lincoln Cent Error or circulated worn?

    The L in liberty and the 6 in the date looks like something i think

    I suggest learning the minting process first, that should help you figure out what can, or can't happen from the minting process.

    Appears to be a weak struck cent with normal circulation wear, IMO.
