I tossed this one aside tonight when I first saw it, thinking that the lines indicated some sort of "dipping" or something -- except that the reverse does not have them. So now I took a closer look, and WOW is this coin messed up. The reverse is in very good shape, but is completely dull/flat. No luster whatsoever. The front, as can be seen, has a lot of surface problems. I especially like the one around the nose!
