That looks like an SMS to me. It should grade higher than 65 but without Cameo contrast I don't think it is worth having graded.
Still MS, meaning brand new never circulated. SMS just means it was from a Special Mint Set released by the mint from 1965-1967. Your coin looks to have the appearance of an SMS coin.
Here is one someone paid to grade, and NGC has not provided a price guidance: http://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/index.aspx?CertNumber=2624956-010
I would not have it graded, unless it is 67 or above. That coin looks 66ish to me, so I would just keep it the way it is.
I am the lone wolf on this one, but remember that prices will go up, and rarity will go up as population grows. If you're looking for profit now, you might not get it. If you are looking at 10-20 years down the road - it might be something to consider.
As graded populations rise, rarity goes down, not up. And prices don't always go up. Clad proof sets come to mind, which is essentially what this coin is except it is silver clad. Without CAMEO contrast, or a significant variety like "NO FG" it is extremely unlikely that these coins will ever increase in value.
I will take new pictures of it, it is not cased. I am away from home until Sunday my time to look at this closer but will take some pictures with day light and post them.
It is in a plastic envelope sleeve within a plastic heat sealed envelope. a nd I can only see the reverse because of the dealers piece of paper in it.
