I mean it looks the same. Or maybe I am just seeing stuff?? Could be!

 

This is one of those DD where if you have had one before in hand you can recognize it. If you haven't you're wishy washy about it unless you have a lot of experience like paddyman or furryfrog.

 

Biased? Why? So what if the Daytona 500 is on TV right now. I have a 55" flat screen three feet away from my keyboard & monitor.

Actually, I'm "wishy washy" about it ... becz I don't have one. I looked at the pics and I could go either way but I didn't quite see the banked curve I was looking for in you last 6 but it was more worn too.

I only collect major DDs, which are just a few.

Hey guys! I find it more useful to continue on this thread, since it has to do with the same die variety and there are pics of my previous finding so you can easily make the comparison. These are the new pics of my new 1966. I think I'm getting a little closer to the "real deal". What do you think?

 

FYI, 1966 is the *best* year for coins, cars, and everything else ever made and whatnot.

nah. Just generally, 1966 for anything is good.
for coins, a cull 1966 is far better than a cull 1965 or 1967 even though it wouldn't be worth any more .. just sayin'
