1966 canadian pennie

found 3 that look exactly the same,any ideas on happen here also surface area under legends seemed to be the effects of some grease

any ideas where i can send this for grading,i tried a few well know they don't recognize this mad die clash,,,,,,,,,,,,,but they recognize all years.. of doubling and hanging clashes......
