1965 Error Penny

    The “L” is missing in Liberty on the front. Can anyone else tell me anything about it? Is it worth anything? I thought this way a really cool find.

    I understand it has wear and tear. But how is the “L” completely missing from Liberty due to wear and tear?

    Years of wear on the upraised rim wore down over the L and it wore away.
