1965 dime whats it worth & did thid happen b-4 or after minting ?

    I know better than to think I have seen it all. And this dime proves this. Did this strange effect happen after it was minted or is it an error that could of been a part of the minting process ? What ever please give your humble opinions as to its worth. Thanks.... pennies for E bay 041.jpg pennies for E bay 042.jpg
