    Looks to be a Lamination issue on the Reverse.. But all the circulation wear and tear kind of kills it.

    Nope.. By the way. You get Mint Errors attributed. Costs a little more to do so.

    Value? I'm not completely sure.. But the 3 factors which are.. Silver Wartime Nickel, Mint Error, Mint State 62.. I am just thinking maybe about $50.00 - $75.00
