1964 rosevelt dime or penny

    Just curious if its a mule.... a freind asked me to look at it and yes it is two different matrials one the face of silver dime and the back of a penny both the same size as a dime srry there upside down ...any reply is appriciated.

    Isn't this the same coin over in the Error forum?
    If so its a fake...Mike is a whiz at errors and things and I would go with his thoughs 100%.

    its a fake, i spotted one of those sorting through a bag of mercs/roos, took me like 3 seconds to spot the seams. look on the edges for where the coins were cut and glued togather. you may have a better version that what i saw but its still a fake.

    I've got one of those. It's neato, but I like my squirting nickel much better. A fun thing to have around for your freinds that aren't the wiser. It's not real, of course; the minting process just doesn't allow it.
