1964 proof penny - gas bubble / strike through?

    Can't make out if this is one thing or a combination of things.
    Triangular area between eye, ear and mouth, all distinct features are gone with a horizontal, rounded, raised area from eye towards ear, and a much larger one from mouth to ear, 3rd foto has the close-up).
    Hopefully, one of you experienced people can enlighten me.

    On pre 1982 Cents they are known as Occluded Gas in the Copper. I really can't tell and I know it is hard to take a clear picture of the issue.
