1964 Lincoln Cent Doubled

I have a great 1964 Lincoln Cent that seems like a true Doubled Die, the Inverse seems to show some in IGWT and the Date

Do you mean the obverse?

I don't see a doubled die. I see die deterioration.

 

I see deterioration, too, but no doubling. Perhaps the angle of the lighting is playing tricks on you.
